Square Enix has revealed today that it is set to release Dragon Quest X in Japan on 30th March.
Boasting the same content as the Wii release, the Wii U version has enhanced graphics and the option to play the game entirely on the Wii U GamePad. The MMO RPG will retail at 6,980 yen (that's around €55 / £48 / $75) and will include a ticket for 20 days of free online play.
Nintendo is set to release a Dragon Quest X hardware bundle featuring a premium Wii U console, the game, a black Pro Controller, a prepaid card worth 1,000 yen (€7 / £6 / $11) that can be used in the game and five super health orbs which help boost experience. The package will cost 42,000 yen (€334 / £292 / $453).
No news has come to light about the game getting a release in the West, and seeing as the Wii version hasn't had any word about being localized, it's hard to tell if it will journey outside of Japan.
