Quite simply, what're the best bargain's you managed to get games-wise, be it from sales, car boots or off the net?

Personally, best for me was spotting two SNES consoles going for £4 each at a car boot sale. After a little haggling, I managed to get the pair for £7.

Blockbuster are quite the dark horse for cheap games, usually better than a lot of other places for preowned prices, they had Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars for under £6 the other day.

They seem to get quite a few rarer bits and pieces too, remember buying Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon from there for about £12. Plenty of copies online, but I've had GAME staff deny it even existed when the game first came out .

Great bargain that Jumpman! I keep meaning to go car booting.

Best bargain I've had was a friend giving me his NTSC N64 with a load of mint boxed games recently! Completely gratis! Well chuffed! Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Banjo Kazooie, amongst others!
